FILL RENTAL VACANCIES

Fees

- Initial fee for rental of vacant properties 50% of one month’s gross rents
- Monthly property management 10% of month’s gross rent (Fees for other than residential properties will vary according to property. Minimum of $40.00 per property per month.)
